Regina Custom Designs is not responsible for lost or damage packages do to negligence on carriers behalf. Regina Custom Designs does not offer Store credit on any packages/lost/stolen or misplaced by negligence on carriers behalf. 

Damage and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
